We didn't spend much time in the hotel. We didn't have enough time to enjoy it. The pool was clean, and the personnel there were helpful and welcoming.

The people who work at the hotel make the experience a good one. The hotel itself is dated and a bit run down. One example is that there is no wheelchair access to the pool, but the employees were willing to carry

Very convenient, clean and nice personnel. The only problem is that the elevators break and there is only 3 for the entire hotel. Adds an extra 10 minutes to your trip! I would stay there again though

The common areas are nice. Main lobby is up to date. Check in process wasn’t ideal (our room was not ready and we were asked to wait and that they’d call us when the room was ready in 10-15 minutes, however 45 min later we had to wait in line again to get the keys for our room)…the rooms are comfortable in size, however the sofa in the room was stained and the hand shower had nowhere to be put in the bath and just had to be laid on the soap dish…they are in the process of updating the hotel as a whole. Hopefully things will improve.

Not sure we would return to this hotel.

It could be a great hotel. There are just two elevators and it takes a long time to get one. Breakfast is horribly slow, it takes more than one hour. It is "a-la-carte", you choose three items, but they are delivered with a long delay. For example, you will get the bread long after finishing the eggs. We saw people just get up and leave due to the insanely long wait.

This is a really nice hotel, but the best part was the outstanding service we received in the restaurant from Annie, Lisa, and (I think her name was) Tokoko. They were wonderful—so friendly and attentive! :)
