Clean nice property. The room can use some modernizing USB ports bedside bed both sides. Keurig Type coffee machine. Softer beds the mattress was hard as a rock. I had to ask for 4 comforters to try make it softer for my hips. Either provide options for softer mattress or provide a topper to be added, that is my main reason for 3 starts would have given 4 if had a better mattress was told that was the Marriott standard. Well Marriott not everyone can slerp kn a rock. Also wished the coffee shop was openec later in the morning to early afternoon. But if there was a Keurig type coffee machine in the room that would make up for the coffee shop hours. Bistro food was good mpte options be nice. Nice direct drive to Toronto except for the amount of traffic LOL.

Npt worth the price

My state was okay but the staff is very much cold and not friendly they're not personable they're not warm. This hotel is quite a bit outdated and not very clean. When you look in Corners you'll find dust that has accumulated over a long period of time that still has yet to be cleaned. The rooms are not comfortable they're very dark and not worth the price. I wouldn't stay here again

Kids playing with elevators in the lobby should be monitored. Maybe staff member stands there at peak time, instead of 4-5 people behind desk not checking anyone in. Lessons in the pool are awful for hotel guests. There is no reason for parents of kids taking 5 towels and sitting in all the chairs. Two parents plus siblings is too much. We are paid guests and are being told by swim teachers where to swim and where not to swim! Rudely. Parents of swimmers act entitled! They are not paying guests. This happened last year on Sept. we will move hotels next time. No directions are given on House keeping. How are we to know when and how to ask for it!

Broken water pipe for hours and there was no notification to the customers. Didn't know what the problem was or when it was going to be restored. Room service walks in without even knocking and then doesn't show up for our entire stay of four days. Overall very poor experience.

The breakfast servers went above and beyond their duties with excellent service making and bringing us our waffles. They were really on top of everything that needed to be done. Front desk was also polite and helpful.

This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the rooms were sweet so they had kitchenettes in it. The walls were spotted with oil and pizza sauce, stains, or whatever stains pasta sauce, stains on the wall. We have to change room because what the second room was the exact same as well.! I was very upset as well as they charge eight dollars a night for parking. There’s no parking at all in the hotel is very rundown and beat up. Staff was quite friendly though Breakfast was literally so boring and again the hotel was very dirty.
