It’s a little weird …. There isn’t a separate bathroom. It’s open to the rest of the room. Maybe I’m the only one who didn’t know this before booking. Not great if you’re staying with kids.

I very much liked the location to Yorkville but unfortunately that was about it. The room’s Air conditioning was not working and after numerous calls to the front desk, they assured me that it would be taken care of. I left the room to go out for the evening at 8pm and came back at 1:20am and it still was not fixed. The front desk then asked for a 3rd time if I wanted a technician to come and fix it but told her I was exhausted and to send up a fan. The next morning I mentioned my displeasure as I checked out and the front desk staff was kind enough to waive the $75 parking fee and offered to pay for breakfast. I appreciated this offer but declined and left. I am very disappointed in this hotel and expected much more after spending nearly $500 for the one night. I would never recommend staying here.

Weekend in Toronto

The bed was really comfortable, my only issue with the room is the lack of privacy in the bathroom, it’s open concept, not really a separate space. The location was great, near shopping and easy access to public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are renovating the lobby, should look really nice when done.

The room was really nice. It was very odd that there was no separate bathroom that everything was out in the open. The cleaning was good, but we had to let them know to make sure they pick up all the dirty dishes when they clean other than that the day was totally enjoyable. The staff were great. The location is good and I would recommend it.

The team took care of coordinating our family trip and rooms to celebrate a couple birthdays. Everyone working in the hotel is really nice and always says hello and smiles and asks how is your day. Pearl went above and beyond to accommodate for us we really appreciate you making our time in Toronto relaxing!

location and customer service were excellent. however, i stayed in an urban suite and found the furnishings and ambience to be cheap and industrial. then room is dark blue, black and a number of mid grays — wierd and depressing.
