Nice staff but the property is really tired and worn out. It is bad need of some TLC. As it wasn't built originally as a hotel, the walls are paper thin. The conditioner in the bathroom had already been opened and had a hair stuck to it. Yuck! Good location though - right at Yonge and the 401.

Absolutely lovely boutique hotel, rooms have a living room/kitchenette in addition to a bedroom and bathroom. No elevator up to the second floor, so might be inconvenient for older guests. Limited parking, maybe eight spots, but that wasn't a problem when I visited. Clean, comfortable, convenient - would gladly stay again.
