Terrible. When you get to the hotel to check inn tired of traveling. They send you a link to download and fill information to pay a security deposit. And that take hours instead of have someone at front desk to take care of that. Also the apartment was under construction missing wood floor etc.

One night too many. This accommodation took the cake for the dirtiest, most inconvenient and worst customer service ive ever experienced. I was almost impressed on how bad of shape this room was, but then i realized no effort was put in to maintaining it in the first place. There is so many negative things i want to say about this place, i dont know where to begin. Room: Check-in was at 16:00. Never received instruction on how to check in from the host until 17:00. They host said the room was "on the verge of being finished" when we checked in. When opening our door to the room, I was shocked to say the least. It was a total pigs pen. Bedding all over the floors, pillows from the couch on the floor, old urine from the previous guest in the toilet, old food in the counter, cigarette butts on the Patio. It looked like someone had trashed the place. Upon closer review of the property, things got worse. There were floor boards missing and loose. You could see the plywood under the hardwood. Broken mirrors, broken screens on the windows. Scratches all over the walls as well as holes and crackes in the ceiling and walls. There was red/yellow mildew in the showers. Broken toilet seats. An inch of mold and dust under appliances The place looked absolutely trashed. This wasnt a single persons doing, all this damage had happened over the course of months and multiple stays. The ad says it was a "Luxury" condo on expedia. Luxury is the last word i would use to describe this place

I would not go back - even if cheaper

I travel a lot for business and this checkin was very vague and poorly communicated. I booked via hotels then received an online check in email before I arrived. All standard stuff. I did not know when you get to the property you have to register at the security desk. They require a unit number which I did not get via previous coms. Was told I have to call hotels.com which you can’t do any more. I finally called the property management who were nice and helpful and eventually got it sorted. The front desk mess took an hour!!! Keep in mind I have just flown for 5 hours and there are tons of people moving through the security lobby. I chose this property because it looked great in the pics. The place was nice but POORLY kept and poorly cleaned. One of the beds had black hairs in the sheets. Manky. The laundry still had sheets in it and was broken. There was also a flood a while back so the wooden floor planks were buckled and sticking up (a huge tripping concern). I like staying in apartments when I travel because it gives me space BUT i would easily choose a lower brand hotel room over this place. Again the people on the phone were nice and helpful letting me check in 40 mins early but the quality control, expectations setting and communication was extremely poor.

Check-in process wasn’t clear and was hard to get hold of the property company to get help. Apartment is very worn and needs furniture and furnishings updated. Cracked bathroom counter, shower pools at your feet in the tub so you’re standing in dirty water while trying to get clean, couch sinks into the middle, sofa bed is very uncomfortable as you can feel the whole frame underneath. Normal bed sinks in the middle and uncomfortable, floors are very worn, balcony subpar condition and bedding for sofa bed as well as towel for the 3rd person was still in the dryer when we got there. Overall the apartment wasn’t presented very well and the hallway smells of garbage due to the garbage room between the elevators. Wouldn’t recommend until these things have been improved in some way. They say $30/night for parking but don’t tell you where that price can be achieved as the closest one we parked at we paid $63 from about 1:30pm until 11am the next day. The only good thing about the place was the location, walking distance to CN Tower & Ripley’s Aquarium.

Definitely difficulties getting into the place. No concierge services, just security? Not very helpful. Place was overall dusty and worn. Mattress and broken door on deck? Careful on floor boards, I snagged my feet. And the walls were filthy. Almost like they were remodeling while renting? What I liked was location, space and available coffee and coffee machine. We came in very late, and the on call support stayed with us to help navigate our parking and access to the condo.

I booked this property through Expedia and expected all communication and payments to be handled securely through the platform. However, I received a confusing phone call from a lady who said we needed to pay a $300 deposit through a link she would send by email before check-in. Her English was difficult to understand, and after several attempts, we finally found two of her emails in our junk folder. We couldn’t check in until we paid the deposit through that link, and felt very suspicious. The whole experience made us extremely uncomfortable, and we only proceeded with the payment hoping it wasn’t a scam. Even though the booking was listed as non-refundable, I’m requesting a refund due to how unsafe and misleading this process felt. This situation was not what we expected from an Expedia booking. ***Great location downtown and that’s it

I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO STAY HERE. I couldn’t even stay I ended up leaving after noticing uncleanliness throughout the executive suite. When I contacted the staff or whoever is responsible for the apartment they tried to tell me that they got a video from their cleaner, and that it was properly cleaned
. So basically implying that I was lying
.. and refused to refund me.

Dommage, appartement avec une vue superbe et trĂšs trĂšs bien situĂ© dans la ville. DĂ©jĂ  au pied de l'immeuble pas de rĂ©ception, seulement un poste de sĂ©curitĂ©, certes rassurant mais un peut perdu sur le moment , suivi d'un Ă©change de 45min avec la sociĂ©tĂ© qui gĂšre l'appartement pour payer un acompte pour le mĂ©nage puis un deuxiĂšme rĂšglement pour le parking c'est un peu compliquĂ© pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s et puis une heure trente de retard pour la rĂ©ception des dites clĂ©s, c'est un peu long. On a cette sensation que les propriĂ©taires en profitent un peu pour ne pas entretenir suffisamment le lieu. La seule porte qui donne sur le balcon ne coulisse pas, un des lits Ă©quipĂ© avec un matelas pas trĂšs confortable et en plus les lattes du sommier on Ă©taient bricolĂ© avec du scotch, elles sont tombĂ©es la premier matin. Le canapĂ© lit pas terrible on a Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de dormir sur un canapĂ© classique. Aucune connexion internet, mĂȘme si c'est vrai qu'on ne part pas en vacances pour rester connectĂ© mais avec les difficultĂ©s d'avoir un forfait de tĂ©lĂ©phone au Canada je pense que c'est indispensable pour pouvoir appeler ses proches oĂč si une partie des convives partent Ă  l'extĂ©rieur.... Et il ne faut pas ĂȘtre sensible Ă  la lumiĂšre matinale, certes la vue est superbe avec une prise directe sur le lac Ontario mais le systĂšme de lames typique pour ce type de bien ne fonctionne pas bien et est mal entretenu avec des lames manquantes... Bref pas horrible non plus mais une sensation trĂšs mitigĂ©.
