A beautifully designed, luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with own swimming pool on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The fully-equipped kitchen features American Fridge-freezer, Oven/Hob, Kettle,Toaster,Coffee machine, Air Fryer, Dishwasher,Washing machine everything you would expect. The 5 star Ona Mar Menor, Intercontinental hotel with ESPA is great if you want to pamper yourself. The golf course is excellent and you are in close proximity to many other 1st class golf courses such as Las Ramblas, La Finca, La Manga, Campamor and many others. The area has lots of places of interest, golf or sightseeing, it will be impossible for you to get bored. There are lots of local bars and restaurants all just a few minutes away by car, on site there is a well stocked supermarket, 2 bars, really nice restaurants, communal pool and of course golf. The beautiful beach of Los Alcazares is just a 5 minute drive away. The airport of Murcia International is only a 25 minute drive and Alicante is approximately 50 minutes. The beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia with its new water park are within an easy drive away.
Outside of the resort is The Boulevard with several bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful 11 night stay in this beautiful villa. Everything was as expected, with a first class response to all my questions and queries from the host Karl, and also from the key holder Terry. Any issues were dealt with promptly and sorted asap. We will definitely be booking to stay here again. Thank you Karl and Terry for all the time you took to make our holiday on Mar Menor so perfect.

Great week in lovely villa

Great relaxed week at a nice complex.Had an issue with air con that the host's representative sorted out really quickly.Villa was lovely & everyone loved the pool. I used the on-site gym & we all played padel tennis, adventure golf & skittles. Ate at the padel courts and one nite in Alcazares (10min drive). Would highly recommend

Great Villa

We rented the villa for a week in August 2024. The host was available prior to our stay to answer any questions and he put me in touch with the property manager who arrange to meet us on arrival to provide access to the villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and the pool area was perfect for lazy days sunbathing and swimming. The villa is a short (less than 10 minutes) walk from the on-site Spar which has everything you would need for a self catering holiday, El Boulevard is also a short walk and this is where you find several bars and restaurants. The on-site hotel is also close at hand where there are another few restaurants and a large Irish themed bar. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa in the future.
