The rooms are cold and heating doesn’t work. The rooms on level 6 are painfully loud as the buffet is the floor above and you can hear chairs scraping along the floor continually through the night. The last noise I heard was 2:16 am. I was refused breakfast on the last morning - I turned up at 0700 rather than 0730 which I booked as an exam I was taking was earlier than planned. Despite 20+ people already being at breakfast and eating I was told to come back later which was not an option. Would not recommend and I will not be back.

Food was amazing. Really recommend getting the half board option, amazing value and choice. Will need to go on a diet now I’m back. Helpful staff ands good rooms. Only negative would be the spa. Hotel has had a slight refurb in the last year, this has much improved the lobby area with a much more attractive bar area and terrace. Unfortunately much more to be done and the lifts are still very slow between floors which was frustrating. The housekeeping was good and the housekeeping staff very friendly. Did not use the Spa, the hotels location is convenient for the town and beach. We were given an early check in which we greatly appreciated after a very early flight.
