Welcome to this lovely penthouse in Torremolinos, quietly located near El Pinillo train station (just a 10-minute walk). The apartment is close to everything you could wish for on holiday: the beach is a pleasant 18-minute stroll away, as is the vibrant Puerto Marina in Benalmádena. Grocery stores and charming restaurants are conveniently located just around the corner.
The penthouse is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, swimming pool, and much more.
The Space:
When you step into the apartment you are greeted by the large and social living room on the left, where you have a wide sofa group, large Smart TV with international channels and a dining group for 6 people. You have a lovely balcony with sea views, a view of the pool and a beautiful view of the Benalmadena skyline in the evening.
To the left as you step in through the front door you have the fully equipped and modern kitchen, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, micro and everything you could possibly need to cook.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a double bedroom and a bedroom, which in the pictures have a red sofa bed but which is currently a new modern bunk bed.
Upstairs is the third bedroom with its own TV and space for a laptop. From the bedroom you will also reach up to both terraces with sunbeds and sun from morning to evening.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI and A / C in all rooms, Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, pool and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The neighbourhood is primarily inhabited by local residents and long-term residents, providing an authentic and relaxed atmosphere.
The area is considered safe and peaceful, including in the evenings, and is well suited for guests seeking rest and privacy while still being close to all amenities. Within walking distance, guests will find local shops, cafés, supermarkets, and public transport connections, making daily life convenient and straightforward.
The terrain is slightly hilly, typical of this part of Torremolinos, and offers good connections to the beach, the town centre, Málaga city, and the airport via nearby bus stops and the Cercanías train line. Tourist areas, beaches, and nightlife are easily accessible, yet far enough away to ensure a quiet stay.
This neighbourhood is ideal for couples, families, professionals, and long-stay guests looking for a peaceful base with excellent access to the Costa del Sol.
Getting Around:
The property is well-connected and easy to reach by both public and private transport. Bus stops are located within a short walking distance, providing convenient access to different areas of Torremolinos as well as nearby towns.
The Cercanías C-1 train line is easily accessible and offers fast and direct connections to Málaga city centre, Málaga Airport, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola. This is the most efficient way to travel along the Costa del Sol.
Taxis are readily available throughout Torremolinos and can be used for comfortable door-to-door transport, particularly in the evening or when travelling with luggage. Driving is also an option, although public transport is generally sufficient for most stays.
The neighbourhood is walkable for daily needs, with local shops and services nearby. Please note that the area is slightly hilly, which is typical for this part of Torremolinos.
Other Things to Note:
- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- No groups under 25 years old (except families).
- No smoking inside, no parties
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
