This 3,000 square foot private residence has a large kitchen, fully equipped, and adjoining garden room with fireplace (and wood fired pizza oven), study, dining room, large living room and master bedroom suite on the first floor with a total of four bedrooms and two and a half baths. It is located in a neighborhood but totally private. There are two sweet pet cats that need to be cared for.
