Bien située mais parking payant personnel sympathique.... commun sympa et piscine rien a redire...appartmernt propre mais..... lit qui grince terrible empeche de dormir correctement. douche trop petite si plus de 80kilo. toilette qui fuit ,nous avons acheter un égouttoir a lave vaisselle....2e semaine travaux dans lappartement toute la journee du lundi au jeudi( perceuse etc...) odeur d'humidite dans le seul placard ou la serpilliere est range.... antenne tele ne fonctionne pas.... et surtout bien lire son contrat (vu a la derniere minute 9e par chien et par jour) nous avons 2 chihuahuas cela fait une somme consequente ( meme si nous navons regler que pour un chien) sachant que le malinois du dessous aboyait sans cesse :( et fenêtre qui ne fermait pas malgre quelle etait recente...nous venons souvent en espagne dont lestartit et navons jamais payer ce prix que ce soit pour nos animaux ni pour un logement avec si peu de confort.... je suis decue
