  The Villa looks toward the sea. No direct neighbors. The nicely formed  property (nearly 800 square meters) is quietly by itself below in beach nearness, the villa in the midst of her large property, opaque fenced around, with cultivated green and neighborly wooded slope of a mountainous landscapeprotection area (satellite photo ).Villa and beach are protected by the gate control of the private urbanization high on top of the urbanization close to the main road; no through traffic.
Level shady way to the beach.

  The sea is so close that one can hear rushing. The walk to the beach takes approx. 3 min., without steps, pleasantly shady by palms and poplars. The private sandy bay of the urbanization is framed picturesquely by wild rocks. Children can also go by only them self to the near beach and can take everything they need for the beach by the at-house handcart. 
Mediterranean garden with large pool and grill place.

  The house entrance without stairs appears in the style of a Spanish Finca with the typical pergola leading to the large court for car parking,  ball games and grill place, closed to the street by a high sliding fence door with remote control. The large garden, structured in three subfields and with its unique night illumination, offers an elegant 8x4 meter pool with wide steps, a seating area, smart sun benches under banana plants and in one area a children swing. In the afternoon refreshes the cooling shade of the adjoining wooded slope. Pool and garden are maintained.

  Holiday feeling with modern equipment (dishwasher, Nespresso, WLAN, Satellite TV …) 

  For real holiday feeling the place is furnished pleasantly in Spanish style. In the morning one can experience by the open French windows of the 2 bedrooms to the sea side a very romantic sunrise over garden and sea. The living room offers its open fire place and loggia and balcony with a round glass table for 6 seats protected by a chic house-wide awning (with wind control). Comfortable stay is supported by much space, so by the large bath with tub/shower and a second new shower bath, both with daylight, and by 2 more bedrooms for guests, children or as dressing room. Sleeping possibility: 1 double bed and always 2 beds in the other 3 rooms and space for a cot (maximum 9 sleeping possibilities!) . The modern complete furnished bright kitchen with a comfortable hatch to the dining place is equipped with large fridge and freezer, a silent dishwasher (Miele), all modern kitchen utensils, e. g. Nespresso machine. The washhouse is equipped with washing machine and exhaust air dryer (both Miele). In the large living room are technics and toys available like a modern Panasonic television (Full HD, Smart TV, 40 inches) with international satellite receipt (Astra and Hotbird), an Amplifier and Disk-Player as well as a WLAN laser printer/ Scanner/ Copy machine for use with or without available LAN cable.

 
  The surroundings of Villa Jamira 

"Santa Maria de Llorell" is the established private residential area close to Tossa with its famous charisma - less than 10 Min. drive to the center of Tossa de Mar, the pearl of Costa Brava. Uphill at the entrance of the urbanization is a morning shop for fresh bread and daily needs. More shopping and supermarkets are in Tossa and Lloret like Lidl, Caprabo etc. and in Lloret a brand new Aldi with a large choice of fresh products. Lloret owns a splendid palm boulevard, an exciting water park with spectacular children's slides and all sorts of water sport on the beach and a big offer of active night life. Also nice are excursions to the fragrant pinewoods of the Catalan mountain rang. They run directly parallel with the coast line and form by that wonderfully the residential area of the urbanization. Another great experience is an excursion to nearby Barcelona, top in and very diverse. 

 The advantages of Tossa de Mar: Comfortable connection by sole highways possible, the location immediately at the beginning of Spain, nearness to the attractive city of Barcelona, in proportion to Spain temperate climate, near to the airports of Barcelona and Girona, small but famous.

 Also beyond the season Villa Jamira offers very much a pleasant and inexpensive vacation! The central heating can be steered from the living room. Relaxation pure: Quiet and calmness, the crackling fire of the open fire in the sitting room: everything  comfortable. In the towns the local population at this time forms the real Spanish-Catalan life. For Christmas a fir-tree is planted in the court. – An inquiry is worthwhile.
