Elysium Villa is designed for comfort and style, featuring a modern Spanish interior that is well-maintained and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The villa spans a built surface of 320 m2 and is set on a generous plot of 1000 m2. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea as you relax in the beautifully designed garden or by the private swimming pool, which is accessible through the terrace.
The villa's entrance leads you to a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. On the first floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer direct access to a balcony, where you can soak in the stunning views.
