For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (4 x 9 m, depth 130 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. and 01.Oct.). Private: terraced garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 20.Oct.). Roofed, parking. Shop 900 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Blanes" 15 km, sandy beach "Playa Tossa de Mar" 1.5 km. Golf course 15 km. Nearby attractions: Waterworld 11 km, Marineland 17 km, Jardín Botánico Marimurtra 13 km, Jardín Botánico Pinya de Rosa 11 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
