Séjour au Mourillon

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour rendre visite à notre fils qui vient d'emménager à Toulon. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, le calme de la propriété et la climatisation. Un bémol par contre quant à la propreté ; le ménage était fait de manière sommaire, j'ai nettoyé la douche plusieurs fois avant de pouvoir l'utiliser...c'est pourquoi je ne peux pas donner la note de 10/10 comme me l'a demandé "Azur'appart", car pour moi la propreté est essentielle.

Sejour 1 Semaine

Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’appartement est agréable et spacieux. Seul bémol : nous avons eu un problème sur les clim, parfois elles ne fonctionnaient plus et celle d’une des chambre a fuit… Nous avons également eu un problème de chasse d’eau. Ce problème a rapidement été pris en charge dès le lendemain.

Très bien pour passer un très agréable séjour à la mer

Très beau appartement climatisé et bien équipé dans un cartier très calme. La mer est relativement lointaine à pied, mais la place de parking au pied de l’immeuble rend les déplacements faciles.

J'ai fais un cour passage dans la région et cette appartement était superbe. Tout était au top rien à dire, communication avec les propriétaires du bien très rapide ce qui est très agréable aussi.

Une bonne adresse

Bel appartement qui correspond à l'annonce, propre et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est le parking qui n'en n'est pas un. Peu de place, manœuvre difficile, gros trous dans la descente. Un muret qui ne sert à rien pourrait être supprimé et un revêtement de la descente est à prévoir. Trop stressant et difficile d'accès ce parking, heureusement qu'il y avait celui de l'école. Sinon tout est parfait, la gestionnaire de l'appartement est tout à fait joignable et disponible.
