Well located just outside the busy area. Rooms were nice size even for bigger bags. The staff was very nice and accommodating letting us have breakfast when we turned up at 8am of checkin. Simple and very nice breakfast btw. We also had to reschedule due to national strike and they let us change dates with no hassles. Thank you very much!

Great location and lovely staff. We found the room we booked very narrow and just not comfy for a stay of a few days. Paid extra and moved to a larger suite that was good. Do note 60 euros for early check in we’ve never paid before.

Very close to all restaurants and attractions. 5 minute walk from aeroport transfer bus. Moustapha at reception was such a bi help during our stay, very calm, easy to talk to and great for recommendations, would love to of stayed longer! Pool area was great!

Didn’t appreciate the VIP drink turning into a bait and switch. Be warned, only juice or wine, no beer which I found out the morning after. Misunderstanding was apparently my fault and so I would be charged. So much for VIP treatment. Staff attitude was worst I have been subjected to in memory.

Always good to stay here, staff always welcoming and helpful. Only one gripe, there’s only one mirror and that’s in the bathroom, for an appt that sleeps 4 it’s not ideal.

Easy to get to from the train station. Check in was very slow. Our room wasn't ready and noone amongst the many staff seemed to be in charge. The room was excellent. A cleaner banged on our door half an hour before check out wanting to clean the room. The promised free drink never materialised.

We arrived and couldn’t safely get out and when we pulled over and blocked traffic the closed parking garage door would not open and the property sent instructions much later than arrival. We chose this property because parking was available and could not access, had to pay for another accommodation. Very unhappy and weary traveler. We asked for a refund and the hotel refused to make any exception even without us ever gaining access to the room.
