- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, opening onto a spacious living room.
- The bedroom has a double bed (140×190), bedside tables with storage, chest of drawers and a dressing room.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
