Appartement de plain pied, ce qui est un réel avantage, agréable quoique manquant un peu de clarté mais parfait quand le beau temps permet de profiter de tout son potentiel, à savoir sa véranda, sa cour intérieure équipée d'une salle à manger, d'un salon de jardin et même d'un barbecue.Sa position en centre-ville avec possibilité de parking gratuit devant la porte est aussi un réel atout.
