A notre arrivĂ©e les codes pour la prise en charge des clefs nâĂ©taient pas les bons, aprĂšs appel auprĂšs de lâhĂŽte nous avons fini par rentrer. Pas de chance pour nous le logement avait subi une fuite, nous avons attendu 2h lâagent dâentretien pour nettoyer.Le logement a Ă©tĂ© fait dans un garage ou sous-sol bas en plafond et sentant lâhumiditĂ©, trĂšs mal entretenu (joints salle de bain Ă refaire, plinthes cassĂ©es, mĂ©nage succinct graisses sur les Ă©lĂ©ments de cuisine, toile dâaraignĂ©es, espaces extĂ©rieurs en fricheâŠ.)Et ne parlons pas du jacuzzi recouvert dâune pellicule marron Ăątre qui confirme un Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral du logement neglige, mĂȘme avec lâintervention de lâemployĂ© rien nâa changĂ© il faut vider lâeau et le nettoyer.RĂ©sultat pas de Jacuzzi, pas de possibilitĂ© de farniente en extĂ©rieur, super un week-end hors de prix : une expĂ©rience horrible câest honteux de louer ce type de bien aussi mal entretenu !!!

Réservation annulée au dernier moment
J'ai réservé ce logement 1 semaine avant mon arrivée. L'hÎte me demande de confirmer la réservation 1h avant l'heure d'arrivée, ce que je fais, sans réponse de sa part.
Une fois arrivĂ©e devant le logement Ă l'heure, j'informe l'hĂŽte en disant que je suis arrivĂ©e. Il m'appelle 10min aprĂšs me disant que le logement Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ occupĂ© depuis cette aprĂšs-midi car il avait louĂ© le logement sur un autre site Ă dâautres personnes.
J'ai Ă©tĂ© en contact plusieurs fois avec lâhĂŽte (avant de rĂ©server, une fois rĂ©servĂ©, la veille du jour jâŠ), les dates Ă©taient disponibles, il a juste acceptĂ© de louer son logement Ă 2 groupes de personnes diffĂ©rents en mĂȘme temps, sans prĂ©venir.
Soirée Halloween gùchée, sans logement pour dormir.
Heureusement il a annulĂ© la rĂ©servation (jâai dĂ» en plus nĂ©gocier) et jâai pu ĂȘtre remboursĂ©e.
Je ne recommande pas du tout.

SĂ©bastien nâa pas pus nous accueillir dans le logement que nous avons rĂ©server et il nous a proposer immĂ©diatement un autre logement situĂ© Ă 40mn de Toulouse .Accueil parfait , logement trĂšs propre trĂšs agreable jacuzzi sauna parfait moment trĂšs dĂ©tente Literie trĂšs propre trĂšs confortable cuisine Ă©quiper avec tout les ustensiles en plus .
Au réveil la vue es magnifique une terrasse trÚs grande trÚs jolie je recommande fortement :)
