Accessible by public transport from Paris or Disneyland, come and stay in this 180m2 Villa. The villa is located 2 minutes walk from the station (RER E or line P) and 10 minutes walk from the city center where you will find all the shops you will need.
The 2500 m2 of greenery and its hundred-year-old trees will certainly disorient you. Ideal for having fun, the villa has a large basement equipped with table football, a dart board and a ping-pong table.

The accommodation is located in the town of Tournan-en-Brie, in the center of a closed and raised ground of 2500 m2.

Ideal for enjoying sunny days, the garden is equipped with a charcoal barbecue (Charcoal not included), 4 sunbeds (Transat), and two wooden garden tables.

To have fun with family or friends, the house has a large basement, equipped with a dart board, a table football (balls provided) and a ping-pong table (rackets and balls are provided). There is also an easy-to-connect Bluetooth speaker available (Do not use the speaker outdoors).

The house has 5 bedrooms with 14 beds. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms: One with 6 single beds and the second with a double bed.

A baby cot, with its mattress and changing table, as well as a baby toilet seat are available in the accommodation.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The first floor has a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a work area with a desk upstairs.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
The living space is made up of a living-dining room of around 35m2 including a sofa and dining table, a fireplace and a 55" (139cm) TV.

The house is equipped with high-speed orange fiber.

Many activities are available around the house: golf, tennis, paintball, canoeing, tree climbing, wake-boarding...

You will have access to the entire accommodation.

A security deposit by bank loan of up to €1000 may be requested via our partner SWIKLY. In the event of non-compliance with one or more of the instructions in the internal regulations, part or all of the deposit may be kept by the owner.
No exterior noise above normal is tolerated in order to respect the neighborhood.
After 10 p.m., no more external nuisance is accepted.
