This micro suite is located on Main Street Magrath, steps away from grocery, a convenience store and all central amenities in one of the Town’s most iconic buildings.

Historic brick and a few tasteful updates make this studio an ideal place to stay for visiting family, working or other short- or mid-term stays.

The room includes a cozy yet well-appointed kitchen to prepare basic meals, a comfortable queen size bed, television area and shower/bathroom. Clean, simple and welcoming!

This property is unique and is situated on Main Street in Magrath, Alberta. The town is rich with small-town charm and is a quiet setting to live and work.

The open-concept studio unit has a street-level entrance with smart lock for access convenience.

Access to the unit is via a keyless entry. Backup keys are kept by a trusted manager of the property in the event of emergency.

We live nearby, but give our guests space and privacy. We are available as needed and can be reached by phone or via the Airbnb app.

This is a historic and unique building filled with (quirky) charm. If you’re expecting the Ritz, honey - this ain’t it; BUT, if you love small town charm, old buildings and feeling like escaping the hustle and bustle of a bigger city - we’ve got you covered.
Please no outside visitors after 10pm. Remove shoes when entering and be respectful of the neighbours and community, No smoking inside the unit and please dispose of any butts appropriately. If travelling with a pet, please do not leave them unattended in the unit at any time.
