Room was fine, hotel was good and clean. 3 stars for paying for breakfast and not being able or use it. Was told to hand breakfast voucher to waiter/waitress in the morning. Stood with no one in dining area for 10 minutes. Not a soul, went to start my car and came back in and waited a few more minutes. Went back up to room to grab stuff and checkout, then when I come down there is someone in dining area and front desk said I should have just grabbed what I wanted and can have breakfast now, I need to leave so no breakfast. Be clearer on how to use the breakfast voucher. Have someone there. Being ignored or left standing there with no assistance is unacceptable from the hospitality industry. Go to SpringHill suites next door. Staff is very attentive there.
