Ardo exceeded our expectations as far as the property was concerned. The rooms were a little bare with very few toiletries, no couch, and what strived to be an industrial looking ceiling, really was the dividing concrete between storeys. The most important things were all nailed; a diverse team, every one of whom was friendly and helpful. After a 14 hour day, it was nice to be met with a no fuss check in, and a great sense of humour. The rooftop pool and restaurant is like nothing I’ve ever seen before, for this reason we will be back. Thanks team Ardo for an overall lovely stay in TSV.

Beautiful room with a very comfy bed and pillows. Easy walk to the casino next door for entertainment and restaurants. A must is a visit to the rooftop and pool area!!

Honestly best luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed at !! The room was impeccable, the staff so lovely . The rooftop pool was by far the best part of my stay. Our stay was enjoyable. But after I checked out of the hotel I discovered that I have left my electric toothbrush in the room. I emailed & phoned the hotel (twice on the same day & the next day), unfortunately non of the staff I have in contact with were helpful, nor did they willing to take the responsibility to assist, very disappointed.

I just returned to Australia and it feels reminiscent of my time in Europe. While the high-end European dining experience is certainly unique, I found the requirement to book a seat just to order a drink to be a bit excessive. Additionally, being informed that this would be a one-hour limit was unexpected. The meals and drinks are on the pricier side, but if you're looking for a memorable dining experience, it's worth considering.
