Reise durch die Normandie

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Parkanlage riesig und die Gastgeber super freundlich. Wir waren drei Nächte dort und haben la Villa Mirabelle als Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten herum genommen. 30 Min nach Caen, 15 Min. nach Bayeux, sehr schnell bei den verschiedenen D-Day Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Absolutely lovely B&B! A really nice building, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It has a spacious garden, a small outdoor pool, and a communal dining/sitting room, so plenty of places to relax in addition to your own room. Lovely and quiet, situated just outside of Arromanches but within very easy walking distance of the town and the beaches. Very generous breakfast, and there is also an evening dinner option if you book in advance, which was delicious as well as excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Normandy Coast visit

This was a wonderful, charming bed & breakfast conveniently located for us to the Normandy Coast sites we wanted to visit. Sabine greeted us warmly and we met Rodolphe the next morning after a wonderful breakfast. The room was extremely comfortable and great care has been taken to provide quality linens, etc. Sabine provided a recommendation for dinner - which was a perfect place!

Awesome place.

Awesome place to stay for anyone trying enjoy the best of France. The owner was nice enough to advise us that if we wanted to have dinner they would cook it, they just need to know. Breakfast was included and it was fresh and delicious. A lot of room and places to rest comfortably.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel while visiting the Normandy beaches and museums. An excellent location and lovely surroundings. Sandrine and Rodolphe were very accommodating and the evening meal they provided was fantastic (sorry for the short notice) We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a well placed, relaxing, friendly location.

Outstanding in every way

It one of the finest places we have ever stayed in over 56 years of travel. The location was amazing, convenient to drive and historic. The couple that operates the hotel are wonderful and breakfast was outstanding. I seldom rate stays but we loved it.

Country retreat

Wonderful place. A gem in the country but easy access to the beach and Bayeux. Room was cozy and comfortable with lovely linens and delicious coffee. Breakfast was amazing with eggs and of course fresh bread included. Our kids loved the sitting room, yard to run around, the swing and trying out their French talking with the host. We would definitely come back and stay longer. Great change from city traveling.

Our hosts were amazing They couldn’t do enough for us. It was a beautiful place to stay with lovely Gardens. Everything was done to the highest standard and we would recommend it very strongly and would have loved to have Stayed a little longer.

I would highly recommend staying here. We were greeted with very friendly hosts who were happily willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was beautifully stylish and spotlessly clean with a few luxury touches. We enjoyed it that much that we extended our stay by 2 more nights in which we had to change rooms to the family room which was amazing due to having our own terrace with outside furniture. Rodolphe is an amazing cook and you can book in with him for evening meals. Beds are super comfy and huge. Rodolpe and sandrine both appear to be a hard working couple to make this establishment a success. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks.

All you can wish for to have the perfect hollidays

All you can wish for to have the perfect hollidays. Newly renovated, beautiful big rooms, located so you can get to all the interesting D-day attractions in very short time. But the most impressive is the host’s, they are a lovely couple Sandrine and Rodolphe, who will the their best to make sure you have the best possible stay in their hotel. And help you plan for visiting the sights in Normandy. Adding to this, they offer local dinner experiences every night, at very high standards. The holte is located close to a small seaside town, so you can enjoy the countryside and the beach and the town is very authentic French.
