Clean room clean beds good for what it needs to be can see some rooms getting a freshen up so nice to see it getting some things done

Pubic hair all over toilet seat and hair on bathroom floor. Other than the bathroom the room was spacious and clean, a little outdated but for the price it was fine other than the bathroom not being cleaned properly. Staff were great offering me places to find food for dinner and where i could dine. Taxi and uber services from there though were so bad. Ordered an Uber in which I canceled due to know uber wanting to take the job, rang fir taxi qnd waited 15 minutes before ringing back and being told they didnt have ine avaioable at the moment but will get the next one available which took another 15 minutes before arriving.

Room wasnt overly clean the parking area is dirty carpark in quite messy and open both ends cctv cameras are not connected in all areas pool isn unusable and closed off the gentlemen in check in was ok if thats a bonus.

There were various insects in the room, and the electric kettle was extremely dirty. There was a burnt, cloth-like residue stuck to the heating coil inside the kettle.

Bathroom was old and delapidated , towel rail had fallen off the wall when we got there, bench metal edge had come off and sticks out , bed side light was missing globe, bed side light had bare wires exposed ( electrocution waiting to happen) and room only suitable for 1 person, no seat or plates crockery for second person. I have photos to substantiate all issues
