This fourth floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, ensuite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.





In the living room you will find modern furniture along with a large flat screen TV. Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

Clean, well stocked, convenient location to downtown, beaches, restaurants, wineries. We were there for a wedding so it was a very short stay and couldn’t take advantage of everything. However we highly recommend it for an extended stay.

Clean, cute, & convenient

Great location — just minutes from many excellent restaurants and attractions. Check-in and checkout were easy and seamless. The space was very clean, stylish, and well-stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, and linens. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. My only minor critique is the sliding barn doors on the bathrooms, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Excellent Property

The condominium was very clean and was well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Plenty of room for four adults, and the two bathrooms made the stay even more comfortable. The balcony was very nice to sit out on and enjoy the weather. There was plenty of parking as well. The property was in a very quiet neighborhood and there was no noise disturbances. The check in and out process was very easy and communication with the host was excellent. We stayed at the property to attend a concert at the Cherry Festival, and it met our needs well. Not having to worry about cleaning the unit upon departure was a very pleasant surprise! I would recommend this property and would book again!

Comfortable clean place to stay.

Our group has stayed in this complex many times. The units are clean and comfortable for 2 couples. This unit is on the backside of the building (over the parking lot) and therefore quieter than the front side. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and some cookware. There is dishwasher soap so if dishes are used its easy to wash them for use again. This unit had some spices, hand and dish soap in the kitchen, one hair dryer, shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and the walk in closet had lots of room to allow for unpacking.

Winery Tour stay

The apartment was clean and the host communication was excellent. The only downside is that If you are aged 45 and/or are not in excellent physical shape, the furniture and beds may be uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was as advertised. Spacious and nice to have two beds each with their own bathroom. Easy drive to vineyards and downtown.
