Located in the beautiful residential community of Bahama Beach Club, this luxurious beachfront three bedroom, den, three bath condominium is situated on 'One of The World's Top Ten Beaches' at Treasure Cay.

This condo offers a spacious 1,650 square feet of luxury living space on the second floor level, sleeps up to six adults and two kids, and provides spectacular ocean views of the turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco.

Enhanced features include lavishly decorated furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a large, modern and fully equipped open concept kitchen with GE appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove.

The very spacious master suite has a private access to the screened lanai overlooking the beachfront and fresh water pool area.

Additional amenities include LVP floors throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms, central air-conditioning, 65" HDTV in the living room, 42" HDTV in master bedroom, AM/FM, CD, iPod/iPad/MP3 player compatible sound system and WiFi.

The Bahama Beach Club complex offers many additional amenities including two fresh water pools with jacuzzis. The Tiki Bar & Grill restaurant is open for lunch daily, and dinner on Taco Tuesdays, Saturday BBQ Night and open menu nights on Thursdays and Sundays. The Pavilion oceanfront fine dining restaurant is also open three nights a week for Pizza Night on Mondays, Italian Night on Wednesdays and Steak Under The Stars on Fridays!

We had a great stay at the BBC and in this unit! It’s an amazing condo with stunning views! Checkin was very easy. Mr. Cash, the owner, met us at his unit and was nice enough to let us drop our groceries and luggage off while housekeeping was still there. The unit was so clean and we had everything we needed for our week stay. I would stay here for every trip!! We loved it!

Very nice place to stay. Great beach access. John was very quick to help when we had a question. We went over Christmas so it was not very busy in the area. We did book a charter to island hope with Capn Mark in Treasure Cay. It was a very good trip, fed turtles, sting rays and pigs by hand. Also saw sharks and star fish.

Great Condo at Treasure Cay

First of all, the condo is great and very well appointed. It's basically brand new following hurricanes several years ago. Everything worked well. Great WIFI. Great air conditioning, etc. The owner John was extremely accommodating due to some potential bad weather on the front end and back end of our trip. Would 100% stay here again.

A lovely condo. Nice to have 3 bathrooms with the 3 bedrooms. You’ve got to get that water pressure fixed. We all had to take showers in one bathroom because the other 2 had no pressure. Also had to wait 14 minutes one day for hot water. Other than the water issues it was lovely.

Owner delivers as promised. Views and access to a most beautiful beach are perfect. AC rocks and kitchen has all the necessities. Good WiFi and limited TV were as expected for the islands.

Unit is adequate but showing a little wear. Weak water pressure in BBC development, most noticeable in showers. BBC overall is great with poolside/beachfront dining options for lunch and dinner. A short walk to another beachfront restaurant that also serves breakfast.
