A beautiful spot. It had more privacy than some others because there wasn’t a reason to walk by our door. My husband was thrilled that the pickleball courts were just across from us and the people playing were very welcoming. The villa was beautifully clean and perfect fo four with the two ensuite baths we wished for an umbrella for the outdoor table of shade but that would be our only request. Douglas was very responsive to all our requests. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer venue. Thank you so much. Loved every minute. The power went off a couple of times but never for very long.

Loved the villa and the location. The beautiful beach is just right down the path through the villa complex, community pool which is also very close is a very nice area to relax. The landscaping through out the complex is beautiful. The villa was perfect with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We did have everything we needed there. Some friendly suggestions would be to have a few books, games and maybe some pickle ball paddles for the court across the road. Thanks for the great rental villa.

The property exceeded all our expectations. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. Not to mention the location, just steps from an incredibly beautiful beach. Douglas was very attentive to our needs, always responding quickly and very kindly.

Great place to stay! Went for my birthday and it was awesome. The host Doug was very responsive and made check in and everything else super easy! He even helped me set up a taxi from the airport and made the recommendation to get groceries in Marsh Harbor on the way which was the right call. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. AC worked perfectly and the showers were nice and hot! Beds and pillows were super comfy. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, trash bags, coffee maker, pots and pans, good WIFI and a cool cable box with all the local channels and movies you could ever need. Even had a gas grill outside on the patio! Will definitely be going back in the future :)

The property was very clean. The accommodations were very comfortable. The location was very convenient to the beach and Bahama Beach Club. The pool was clean and never crowded. The owner had great communication the whole trip as needed as well as his on site manager took care of all needs immediately. I would highly recommend the Villa and will be back soon! Thank you!!!
