Okay stay-cation

If I hadn't stayed here before, and know they can do better, I wouldn't go back. First impressions are important, and as I headed to check in, the large revolving door wasn't moving, I had to push it... not great. Once inside, there was only one employee checking guests in, at 4:00. There were 2 guests in front of me, and I had to wait for 15 minutes, even though I did a "pre-check in" before I got there. I got my key and discovered there weren't any luggage carts so I went to my room first. Everything was nice and clean, but I specifically asked not to be by the elevator, it was right across from me. I asked for as quiet as possible which I know cannot be guaranteed, but the rooms across the hall would have been way quieter. The bed was super hard, and I felt springs no matter where I was. Several outlets didn't work, therefore neither did a couple of lamps. Fireplace was nice, loveseat was nice, the separate shower and large bathtub were great. Breakfast is lovely, but ending at 9am was not so nice, some guests like to sleep in! There never was a luggage cart available, so I made 4 trips to get my belongings, and there weren't any when I checked out either. The housekeepers do a great job, I really appreciated how clean everything was. Overall, it's a clean but pricey hotel, so things like broken doors and no luggage carts just shouldn't happen, and there was no reason to put me by the elevator after requesting peace & quiet. Not sure yet if I'll be back.

I loved the breakfast and the hot tub area and the sweet staff at the front desk. Our tv remote wasn’t working and our audio on our tv was also wonky and they fixed it immediately.

Average hotel, average breakfast, average beds.

Lovely room and decor. Kids jumping off bed at 12:45 am and off and on the whole weekend. Did report and texted General Manager. One elevator not woking but stairs were a good option. Anthony was a delight and a great help. Had a family member in hospital so just wanted some quiet time. Breakfast was average. Location is pretty good.

2nd visit back and I loved it.

Really enjoyed the deep bath tubs, perfect for a nice bubble bath. It was very relaxing. They offered free breakfast in the am and drink for their social hour, it was very nice.

I was disappointed that this wasn't nicer. It's a slightly above average property. It needs a good renovation to upgrade and modernize some things. I would stay here again.
