The villa has two fully equipped kitchens, equipped with dishes, dishes, oven, microwave, dishwasher and modern appliances: everything you need to feel at home. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine and heating and, to ensure maximum comfort to all guests, is reserved for non-smokers.
Every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for pleasure, for business reasons, or simply passing through to visit the area.

The villa has been designed in a modular way, and can be rented entirely or divided into two independent apartments:
• Upstairs apartment : consisting of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for 6 guests. Its most suggestive feature is the large panoramic terrace that extends along the living area (living room and kitchen), perfect for outdoor dining or moments of relaxation. Inside you will also find a reading area with armchairs, which opens onto a terrace with a spectacular view of the Langhe hills and the Alps.
• Lower floor apartment: consisting of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for 4 guests. Here you can enjoy direct access to the garden and an outdoor dining area, also with an unparalleled panoramic view.
