Maraval – Cosy Air-Conditioned Suite in a Private Home with Garden in Périgueux

Treat yourselves to a delightful break in this cosy, recently renovated 45 m² suite. Located in a quiet residential area, it is just 10 minutes from the centre of Périgueux and the A89 motorway. You benefit from independent access via a separate entrance at the back of the house, with the bedroom upstairs.



You have a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140), plus a single bed and a baby cot available on request. The suite features a lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table, television, storage space, as well as a table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast peacefully with a view of the park.



At your disposal: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small fridge, basic crockery, and, on request, a microwave and hotplate. Amenities include fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, television, and self check-in for greater flexibility. There is no kitchen. A courtesy tray is included. A basic breakfast is provided for self-service in your room or in the garden, including coffee, tea, sugar, fruit juice, and biscuits (not served).



The suite has a shower and separate toilet accessible from the bedroom. Bed linen, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your comfort.
