Apartment in the beautiful Tremosine, romantic little town situated on cliff 300 meters above Lake Garda, equipped with every comfort (terrace or balcony, satellite Tv, safe, microwave, hair dryer, free Wi-fi) and large parking garage.

Great holiday property

We really enjoyed our time here. The hosts were friendly and the pool, restaurant and tennis courts were great. The village is easily walkable with a few cafes and restaurants and 2 (expensive little) supermarkets. The apartment was pleasant although it would have benefited from air conditioning and it would also have been good to have some information about the appliances in the apartment and something explaining where the bins were or how to book tennis courts. Other than that it was really good and we would recommend it.

A Great Find

We had a great stay at the apartment. When we booked we were not aware that the property had a fitness club. Maybe we missed this in the advert or its not listed. The gym is one of the best we have seen in a hotel and should be more prominent in the advert. Great restaurant and grill area. The village is very close by and a delight. We would visit again.

This place was a nice little hidden gem. If you play tennis, there were about 10-12 clay courts there. The pool was nice but a little too cold out. Nevertheless, my daughter and I still enjoyed the pool for a short amount of time. We only stayed one night as a stop on our way to the Amalfi coast, so we cant give a complete review of the facilities. The restaurant served excellent top notch cuisine. We pre paid for breakfast the next day. I believe it was 8€ a person. I was amazed at the offering. Bread, sliced meats, yogurt, nutella and jams. Then offered coffee, eggs and bacon. We were stuffed and then fresh baked croissants were brought out. Unfortunately, we had to refuse because we were so full. I would definitely consider staying here for a longer stay in the future. The drive up to the resort is on narrow roadways going up the mountain foothills. The parking is off to the side and many stairs or hills to walk. I may have considered a different location if I knew this as I recently had knee surgery. However, it was a pleasure as the staff was very accommodating. They spoke very little English but tried there best. I know I should have freshened up on Italian first since i am visiting there country. Google translate worked very well.

Paradise on Earth!

I cannot say enough how this property and its staff exceeded my expectations! The views alone are breathtaking and worth it. The apartments are big and recently re-decorated and very comfortable, the property is intimate which makes the guests interact and we enjoyed everyone who stayed around us. The pool is clean and sparkly every day and the lounge chairs are so comfortable. The Rossi family goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is excellent and every dish we ate was delicious. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. Everywhere you look there is a flowering tree or bush and all are meticulously maintenanced. There are even 2 ponies and some goats on the property which adds to the heavenly aspect for kids. The playground right beside the restaurant makes it possible for the kids to enjoy their time at dinner while the parents can relax. We didn't use the spa facilities or the tennis courts but I am sure they are also top notch. This is truly a gem. Highly recommend!!!

Sind nicht geblieben

Wir hatten es gebucht und uns wurde per Mail versichert, das alles sich das Schwimmbad das beheizt sein soll ganzjährig auf hat . Leider mussten wir ein Tag später anreisen hatten das per Mail geschrieben. Als wir angekommen sind , ( war sehr schwierig zu finden)wussten die jedoch nichts davon das wir ein Tag später kommen wollten und es hatte alles zu . Uns wurde gesagt , die Saison ist beendet es gäbe nur noch die Ferienwohnung alles andere hat zu . Das alles auf haben soll , davon wollten die nichts wissen . Die ganze Gegend war ausgestorben. Wir hätten noch 15 Euro jeden tag zahlen müssen fürs heizen, da es sehr kalt sein soll über Nacht . Nach einem Gespräch der Mitarbeiterin /Chefin sind wir aber nicht eingecheckt und haben uns was anderes gesucht . Sie sagte uns bis auf eine Nacht bekommen wir das Geld zurück . Bis heute nicht geschehen . Erst hieß es , die Nacht es morgen direkt , dann hieß es nächste Woche. Jetzt kommt gar keine Rückmeldung mehr .

Lovely stay

We spent a wonderful week at residence delle rose. We really liked the large swimming pool and contemporary surrounding area with sunbeds. The restaurant serves lovely food and is very convenient, as kids can play nearby whilst waiting for the food to arrive. Lovely and helpful staff. The surrounding are is beautiful - close to the lake, but not as busy.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht und Essen

Als Familie hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Residence. Wir haben täglich den Pool genutzt und das tolle Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant genossen. Unser Appartement war für 4 Personen geeignet und ausreichend. Die Küche war vollständig eingerichtet zur Selbstverpflegung. Die Auf- und Abfahrt ist spektakulär und nichts für schwache Nerven und große Autos. Dafür hat man ein tolles Erlebnis und eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Gardasee und Umgebung. Die Terrassen des Grauens waren fußläufig erreichbar und wunderschön. Weitere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Abzug gibt es für fehlende Klimaanlage und sanierungsbedürftige Ausstattung. Auch hatten wir über die Onlineplattform keine Info, dass Handtücher separat und kostenpflichtig im Vorfeld zu buchen sind. Zum Glück konnten wir sie vor Ort für 10 Euro pro Person noch nachbuchen (etwas überteuert in Anbetracht der schon bezahlten Bettwäsche- und Endreinigungspauschale).

NICHT BEHINDERTENGERECHT

Wir hatten ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer gebucht, im Vorfeld habe ich mich per Mail gemeldet und gesagt wir benötigen ein Rollstuhl geeignetes Zimmer. Dies wurde mir zugesagt! Bei Ankunft hat man uns, nachdem wir gesagt haben, dass dies Räumlichkeiten nicht behindertengerecht sei mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer im EG liege, die Türen mit einem Rollstuhl befahrbar waren also sei dies behindertengerecht. Für uns hat sich die Situation wie folgt dargestellt Zuwenig Platz zwischen Bett und Wand für Rollstuhl, enge Dusche mit hohem Einstieg keine Haltegriffe neben der Toilette mit Rollstuhl konnte man nicht unters Waschbecken fahren womit eine Versorgung bei täglichen 28-30 grad der Rollstuhlfahrerin nicht möglich war, ein toilettengang der betroffenen Person nicht selbständig erfolgen konnte. Als ich die Vermieterin kontaktiert habe hat sie gemeint, WIR hätten sagen müssen, das es sich um eine erwachsene Rollstuhlfahrerin handle, bei einem Kind wäre das ja kein Problem! Ich bin sprachlos, wie man mit Behinderten Menschen dort umgeht! Auf unsere Beschwerden wurde nicht reagiert, die Schuld an der Situation uns zugesprochen ( wie erwähnt wir hätten sagen müssen das es eine erwachsene Person ist) Für alle beteiligten war dieser Urlaub nur enttäuschend und anstrengen sowie nervenaufreibend!

Inacceptable, annulation de notre réservation 1 semaine avant notre arrivée

Réception d'un mail de la propriétaire 1 semaine avant notre arrivée (nous avions réservé depuis 5 mois pour nos vacances d'été en famille) pour m'informer qu'elle avait réservé notre logement à une autre famille qui vient régulièrement... elle nous a proposé une autre location avec des prestations beaucoup moins intéressantes que j'ai refusé. Nous avons demandé à annuler la réservation puis plus de nouvelles... j'ai dû contacter le service client Abritel pour pouvoir être remboursée, heureusement le service client est réactif ! Je n'ai donc pas d'avis sur le logement mais je déconseille si vous ne voulez pas avoir à chercher un plan B pour vos vacances en plein mois d'août !

Bon séjour

Belle propriété. Super accueil . On y trouve tout sur place, parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Superbe Piscine avec vue sur la montagne. Le village de pieve est relativement calme par rapport aux villes saturées de touristes comme limone ou riva . Vue splendide sur le lac. Bon à savoir : le lac de garde se trouve à 50metres à vol d’oiseau de pieve mais à 20 minutes en voiture car le village de pieve se trouve dans la montagne.ce qui explique sa quiétude.

Schöne Anlage, tolles Restaurant, Bad und Küche könnten mal renoviert werden.

Unterkunft in schöner Lage mit vielen Freizeitangeboten

Die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Tennisplätze sind gepflegt und auch die Fahrräder die zur Leihe zur Verfügung stehen waren sehr hochwertig und die Leigebühr das Geld absolut wert. Die Lage sehr nah am wunderschönen Ort Pieve ist perfekt. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. Unser Appartment hätte etwas sauberer sein können, dies lag aber vermutlich an der lange Coronapause. Leider war zudem in dem einräumigen Appartement der Kühlschrank sehr laut, sodass wir ihn Nachts ausschalten mussten zum Schlafen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Eine ordentliche Unterkunft mit super Preis! Das Frühstück würden wir zwar das nächste mal weglassen aber es war ok. Falls man in einer kälteren Jahreszeit verreist sollte man sich warme Kleidung oder Decken mitnehmen da man die Heizung pro Tag zusätzlich bezahlen muss.

Urlaub mit gutem Gefühl!

Gerade in Zeiten von COVID-19 möchte man seinen Urlaub mit der Familie in entspannter Atmosphäre verbringen - das war in der Residence delle Rose möglich: Alles sehr sehr sauber, man hat auf Hygiene- und Abstandsregeln geachtet. Nicht nur in der FeWo selbst, sondern auch am schönen großen Pool und dem Restaurant, das leckere Gerichte bei gutem Preisniveau bietet. Danke für eine schöne erholsame Urlaubswoche! :-)

Leuk appartement op een mooie berg

Een heerlijk appartement op 550 meter boven he Gardameer. Een mooi route van 6 km via een smalle kronkelweg (bekend van james bond) was elke dag weer een feest!

Ferienwohnung im delle Rose

Wir hatten eine geräumige, saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten, hätten gut 8 Personen darin schlafen können. Die FeWo hatte alles an Ausstattung, was wir für einen Urlaub benötigt haben. Leider war die Sauna kaputt und sie konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden. Da wir in der Nebensaison hier waren, können wir die Gastronomie, u.ä. nicht bewerten, da vieles saisonbedingt zu war. Alles in allen würden wir zu dem Preis wieder hinfahren.

Wunderschöne Lage

Die Wohnungen sind praktisch und nett eingerichtet. Von dort aus ist der Ort fußläufig zu erreichen und wir hatten mehrere gute Restaurants zur Auswahl. Würden dort gern jederzeit nochmal Urlaub machen.

Gepflegte Anlage,Mitte September sehr ruhig, inder Hochsaison wahrscheinlich nichts für Ruhesuchende, für Hundebesitzer sehr zu empfehlen. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert, sowohl vom Geschmack als auch vom Preis. Beim Frühstücksservice vorher nach dem Preis fragen. Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Wären gerne noch 2-3 Monate geblieben.

Nicht sehr sauber, renovierungsbedürftig und etwas für Hundefreunde

Nein, ich würde nicht nochmals hierher kommen. Gebucht hatte ich ein App. mit 2 SZ für 8 Personen, erhalten sollte ich ein 3er App. Nachdem ich von der Buchung zurücktreten wollte erhielt ich dann ein App für 6 Personen mit 2 SZ. Allerdings musste ich vor Ort nochmals nachzahlen! Angekommen war die Entäuschung beim Bezug des App. Es war nicht sauber, unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig und es stank nach nassen Hundefell! Wir haben dann auf eigene Kosten eine Zwischenreinigung veranlasst. Frau Sonia ist zwar sehr nett, aber ich habe den Eindruck es interessiert Sie nicht wirklich wie wohl sich ihre Gäste bei Ihr fühlen. Auch die Zwischenreinigung hat Sie uns ohne Nachfragen berechnet. Für Hundefreunde bestimmt eine sehr schöne Anlage. Wir werden jedoch bestimmt nicht wieder kommen.
