Very clean

This is a quaint yet comfortable Inn. It has old world charm in addition to all modern amenities. We felt welcome and at home for our two night stay. The beds, linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Our hostess - Kimberley, gave us a gracious welcome and was available should we need anything. Overall, the ground floor, good off-street parking and use of two sitting rooms was very convenient for us. The breakfasts were amazing! I recommend the Emmilyville Inn at Campbellford without hesitation .

Nice Little Hotel right on the River !!

The reservation and access process went smoothly. Communication with host Julia was most helpful. The home is beautiful and was more expansive than we needed. The grandchildren had fun exploring the property finding the games and toys. Principal rooms are large; appointments make it luxurious; the beds were comfortable, the appliances, utensils, plates and glasses were used. It was the perfect venue to complete an emotional day. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to friends visiting Campbellford and consider staying here on any future visits. Thank you for providing the opportunity to stay at your home.

My stay at The Blue River Cabin was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning river view, which set the tone for a truly serene and rejuvenating experience. The cabin radiates charm, with thoughtful touches creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, contributed to the cabin's overall appeal and comfort. It was evident that the hosts took great care to ensure their guests had a delightful stay. The town of Campbellford added to the trip's charm, offering a quaint and friendly atmosphere that was a joy to explore. It provided the perfect backdrop for our peaceful retreat. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the hot tub. The luxurious addition allowed us to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Above all, the hosts, Racquel and Yvonne, were the epitome of kindness and hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their friendly and caring approach truly made a significant difference. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start the new year.
