Amazing view

Great stay at Tres Piedras. Lake Ilopango view is amazing to wake up to. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Great customer service, and friendly, from Franklin at the front desk as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will definitely come back again!

Beautiful view but

This place is absolutely STUNNING. No question about that. The view is spectacular. The service is top-notch. The food is just alright. Why I dropped the ratings was because the hotel infrastructure is dangerous and needs some upkeep. The stairs and tile were unkempt, and my family ended up tripping several times. My sister fell face down and hurt her knees really badly. The hotel staff was very kind and they had a first aid kit on hand, but I feel that the tripping happens a lot to guests because the staff was not phased. My dad, my mom and my sister all fell.

My first trip to El Salvador, and a memorable one just because of this hotel. From the moment we got there to the moment we left the staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here, you’ll always have the best view.

The property has one of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen. The beds are comfortable, rooms are small but functional. Needs a few upkeeps but overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Is a beautiful property quiet clean in an amazing location I love everything about it. The breakfast was delicious there is restaurant great service didn’t like that much the food but was okay a little pricy. They forgot my plates for breakfast but take care of it right away when I requested. I would definitely recommend and coming back in the future 100%

I had this trip booked for more than one month ahead. I did ask them to put a sign in room but they did not do that when it came time. I stayed in Room 9 (right in front of pool and did not come with the bathtub)But I enjoyed myself with the views. They had clean towels and friendly services. PROS: spectacular beautiful views in the rainforest overlooking ilopango lake, the free breakfast room service (only 1 plate and 1 drink pp) It’s a popular hotel so gets busy on the weekends, and it’s away from the city life. You can text via WhatsApp on the dining services. The staff are so nice. They keep the hotel clean and have many people around to help. There are reliable drivers they recommend for $35 to go to airport. They had TV channels in Spanish and English. CONS: STEEP terrain- mountain side. No elevator. Kinda dangerous pathways if not careful on going up or down steep stairs/ramps. You WILL get bit by bugs & there will be spiders/bugs that will come into your room/bags. I think they need to fog a bit more in the areas. You’ll have to pay a driver to drive out more than 45-60 min to go into city since it is a far stay. Not much to do other than ATV/dine at their restaurant, try to walk to other cafe in the area. Restaurant/Staff at hotel/Front desk closes early like 6pm and lights are out. Super dark in the area so nothing to do than to stay inside after dark. The weather can be a bit scary, loud rain & thunder at night.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Las Tres Piedras. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the views are absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of El Salvador. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor, making every meal something to look forward to. The location is peaceful, and the weather was perfect during my visit. Overall, a wonderful place with top-notch hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
