Charming farm house with a cosy atmosphere

Beautiful cabin in the mountains

Very quiet and pristine, we experienced the most amazing sunsets , took great walks around the hills Is very close to lakes and hiking trails , a beautiful setting for a great vacation

Lovely, welcoming, and peaceful

Anne has transformed an old barn into three amazing spaces. She lives at one end of the building and the two apartments are located at the other end. The result allows for a quiet and private setting for all, while she remains easily accessible when needed. A playful dog, friendly cat and a few curious hens wander in the large lovely bucolic yard. I absolutely love her sense of style which makes the interior of the apartment feel like the perfect combination of old and new. We fantasized about how lovely it would to live there. The location requires a car and a gps is advisable the first time you drive there, but we quickly became familiar with the area which is about a 15 minute drive from Aix les Bains. It's a great place from which to plan day trips to the mountains or the lake. Thank you Anne! We hope to return soon!

The property has undergone a high quality refurbishment, making the stay enjoy yable and comfortable

Anne greeted us with a lovely evening meal, served in the garden with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Accommodation is attached to the owners property but offers plenty of privacy. The property is not as remote as I had imagined and attractions etc are within easy reach.

We looked and looked until found it...........an honest, warm, beautifully detailed and generous space with Ann an genuinely hospitable host. Très bon séjour au Pré aux Clercs. Le gîte est propre, calme et bien équipé. Le cadre est magnifique, idéal pour se détendre. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Wir konnten zwei Wochen einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in einer besonderen und liebevoll gerichteten Unterkunft verbringen. Die Vermieterin war zuvorkommend, herzlich und immer bereit unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung ist zauberhaft und liebevoll hergerichtet und eingerichtet. Der Charm des alten Hauses wird in vielerlei Hinsicht durch liebevolle Details bereichert. Der Charm des Alten und die Bequemlichkeit und der Luxus des Neuen treffen angenehm aufeinander, ohne dabei die Qualität des alten Hauses zu stören. In dem traumhaft schönen Garten konnten wir die Ruhe und den Frieden des Anwesens genießen. Die alten Bäumen sorgten dabei für Geborgenheit und Privatsphäre. Freundliche Tiere, Katzen, Hühner und Hund trugen immer dazu bei, dass wir uns willkommen fühlten. In der Umgebung konnte man von Urbanem Erleben bis zu ergreifenden Naturerlebnissen alles haben, was das Herz begehrt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit!

Wunderschönes Haus mit wunderbaren Gastgeberin

Ein altes Bauernhaus, das phantastisch, originell und inspirierend renoviert wurde. Für zwei Personen ist sehr viel Platz, ein zweites Badezimmer liefert äußersten Komfort auch für vier Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit altem schon Porzellan, sehr geschmackvoll wie alles andere auch. Anne ist eine wunderbare, zugewandt, dabei aber diskrete Gastgeberin. Location décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse. Bien située pour les randonnées, à 10 mn en voiture d'Aix les Bains. Propriétaire très sympathique et chaleureuse et aussi très discrète, donnant de bons conseils de ballades.

Schöne Umgebung wunderbaren Garten der sehr gut gepflegt ist und riesig.

Wir hatten ein bisschen Pesch mit dem Wetter so waren wir recht viel an das von innen sehr schöne Haus gebunden, ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein paar Müllbeutel, Spüli und kleine Küchengeräte währen hilfreich gewesen, man kann aber Anne nach alles fragen, sie ist eine sehr charmante und liebevolle Dame.
