The villa has three bedrooms (one suite, one double and one single) and two bathrooms, a large living room 9 metres high, two porches, one of which is over 120 square metres, a warm dining area and a large kitchen area divided into two rooms. The loft area houses the pleasant library and music room. All furnished with modern taste and wood panelling. Other service areas are available. All surrounded by nature in over 10,000 square metres of parkland, with three hills and several woods, designed by an architect. Smart Tv and wi fi. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need. Possibility of cot or high chair for children.
Regarding safety we are up to standard with fire extinguishers, smoke and gas detectors.
Ideal for city trips, cycling tours or as a base for trips to the Dolomites, to the Prosecco hills, a Unesco World Heritage Site, for the forthcoming Olympics, trips to Nevegal, Cadore. Also ideal for medium-long stays or for work (freelancers, freelancers, etc.)
