Between the pink granite coast and the gorse coast, you will find, in the heart of a quiet residence, a 75m² triplex refurbished in March 2013.
It is a calm and bright pavilion which has 2 private outdoor spaces, a stone's throw from the beautiful fine sandy beach of Trestel.
From the sofa, the kitchen and the two bedrooms located on the ground floor you can enjoy a splendid view of Trestel beach. This beach is very appreciated for its fine sand, its very gentle slope and its good exposure.
Change of scenery in the program with images changing with the hours, the tides and the weather

This pavilion can accommodate 8 people. you will find:
-On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher ...) open to a bright and bright living room of 21m², a cupboard and WC.
- Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a mezzanine with a sofa bed.
-On the garden level: a shower room with wc, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a sea view room with a double bed (140x190), a sea view room with two single beds ( 80x190). These two bedrooms have access to a private garden where you can have lunch facing the sea.
You will also find in this accommodation equipment for your young children (cot, high chair, bath ...)

A private parking space is available in front of the pavilion.

The residence has a 2000m² park overlooking the sea where there is a barbecue, tables and benches, deckchairs, bowling green ...
A play area for children is also available in the residence. A mini golf is accessible.

As soon as you leave the pavilion, you are on the beach for swimming, fishing, sailing, hiking (the GR34 passes through Trevou) ...

Traumblick auf Traumstrand

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 2 Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteteten Reihenhaus. Wir brauchten von 3 Ebenen nur 2 und genossen besonders den Blick vom Sofa aus auf den schönen Strand, der zu unserer Zeit (Mitte September) besucht, aber nicht überlaufen war. Perros-Guirec und Ploumanach mit ihren Granitformationen und Stränden sind in 20 - 30 Minuten gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genoswen. Vielen Dank. erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Hübsches Haus mit tollem Blick und bester Ausstattung

Wir haben zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht - vom stabilen WLAN bis zum Waschmaschine und sogar einem Trockner. Die Lage ist ruhig, und man ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand. Die Betten sind gut. Und der Blick aus dem Wohn-Esszimmer auf Meer geht mit nach Hause.

Satisfaits de notre séjour sur la côte de granit rose, l'appartement est bien situé entre Perros-Guirec et Bréhat, il bénéficie d'une belle vue sur la mer.Convenablement meublé, il est très bien équipé en divers ustensiles de cuisine (plancha, grille-pain, cuit-vapeur...). Cet appartement divisé en trois niveaux permet de dissocier les lieux de vie et de repos, il est agréable d'y séjourner.
