Elegant and light flooded Villa Carrera offers sea views, modern amenities and luxurious design. Newly constructed the contemporary interior occupies 250 m². The ground floor yields airy open space with a living room equipped with a corner sofa and a large flatscreen TV, fully equipped kitchen with a central island and an oversized fridge as well as a large dining table. White walls, natural wood colored floors and unique light fixtures compliment the subtle yet luxurious interior design. One of the bedrooms with a private bathroom is also on this floor while the remaining three luminous bedrooms with two bathrooms are on the upper level with access to a terrace keeping a Jacuzzi. Theme of tidy elegance continues pass the interior walls, with a spacious green lawn and cypress trees, a large 40 m² pool with sun loungers and comfortable seating lounge as well as a covered alfresco dining area with barbeque facilities.
In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.

Lovely villa in an idyllic location

The villa is spacious, comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. There are four large bedrooms with very comfortable beds - the bedrooms on the first floor having spectacular views of the town of Tribunj and the sea. Easy access to the town and beaches/marina. Would recommend this villa

groß, neu, etwas seelenlos

Das Haus ist schön, sauber - fast steril- da Deko, Rasen etc künstlich ist. Leider war weder eine Filtertüte, etwas Zucker, Spülmittel, Salz oder sonst etwas nötiges im Hause- aus anderen Häsern kennt man es, dass wenigstens eine Grundausstattung vorhanden ist. Michaela ist sehr nett und konnte viel erläutern. Wetter, Meer, Lokale - alles super schön. DANKE
