Luxury Villa Lana Apartment is semi detached house set in beautiful town Mastrinka known for clean beaches and relaxing place for a holiday. The Apt has large outdoor space which gives great privacy and it is perfectly located just 5min walk to pebbly beach with its aqua blue sea . Only1 km away is the lively Sveti Križ beach with few beach bars and where there are activities like beach volleyball, boat excursions, bike hire and diving.The villa is 3km from Trogir, the UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops.

This is the first year for us to rent out the villa apt. It is newly build and renovated.

The villa apt has 128 m2 and comprises of 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/ dining area that opens to large terrace with fabulous sea views. In the front of the apt you will find large outside private space with pool table, outdoor shower, sun loungers and large dining table for eating and relaxing.

On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms with double beds. The bathrooms are also located in the ground floor. The internal stairs will take you to the first floor with large dining and kitchen space with large seaview terrace. The sleeping is also on the sofa bed in the living room.

The villa apt has a private parking for up to 3 cars.

There is a frequent bus service to Trogir town and the bus stop is close by. The boat station is also only 300m away which goes to Trogir old town frequently. The nearest restaurant is 500m away, the nearest grocery shop is 300m away.

Enjoy sunset views over the sea as you dine or have a drink from the terrace having grilled fresh local fish and meat on the brick BBQ grill which is in the garden. Alternatively you can dine outside on the ground floor garden area. You can also enjoy one of the many restaurants in Trogir town.

Good Stay!

The apartment is just how it looks in the pictures. Very nice! Comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeper sofa, two large balconies, and a well-stocked kitchen. Saw another review saying the pool table was unusable — we didn’t use it, but it looked fine to me when I peeked under the cover. The showers both worked, and everything was operational and in good condition throughout the apartment, including the clothes washing machine. The person managing the reservation on VRBO wasn’t very helpful, referring me to the owner of the property (who was out of the country), but I was contacted by the neighbor, Andrea, via WhatsApp the day before check-in, and Andrea was friendly and accommodating. Andrea made checking in and checking out easy, and she gave us the WiFi info in person. There’s a spot for parking. We were able to fit our rental minivan into the spot, so that was good. The apartment is close walking distance to a beach, and also reasonable to walk (30 minutes) into Trogir for a meal and gelato. It only took us 15 minutes to get to the Split airport, so the location is great for that too! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious place to relax after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Croatia!
