Villa Caluma - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

In the heart of a very quiet residence in the tourist town of Les Trois Iles, the villa is ideally located for a family stay.
One of the most popular towns of Martinique offers you a friendly moment with a breathtaking view on the golf course and the ilets.

To access the villa you will pass through a secure gate where you will find behind a private parking for two cars.

The villa hosts a huge terrace extended by a deck and a swimming pool.
On the first floor you will find the living room equipped with a smart Tv and a fitted kitchen.
On this same level you will find the master suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a direct access to the outside terrace.
The second suite, accessible only from the terrace, has a double bed, a bathroom and an independent toilet. It has a view on the outside.

The third room is located on the first floor. It has a double bed and storage space. On the same floor there is an independent bathroom and toilet. Due to the slope of the roof, be sure to spread out the rooms as these rooms are not recommended for tall people.

The Villa is made to enjoy two outdoor spaces on the Terrace facing the pool: a garden lounge and a large table for lunch. Deckchairs and a barbecue complete the outdoor furniture. There is no vis à vis with the neighbors.

The commune of Trois Ilets is a lively city of the island, the villa is ideally located to do your shopping. You will find all the conveniences close to home:
- A bakery and pastry shop "La Guérande" is located at 5 km you can buy your bread and pastries from 6 hours.
- The Golf de l'Espérance is 2 km away for your golf and tennis games. Courses are also available for children.
- The Nautical Club of Trois ilets at 700 m
- From a cultural point of view, you will find the Vatable forest, the Savane des esclaves and the Maison de la canne located at about 10 km.
- And for more choices, go to the Pointe du bout at 3 km where you will find restaurants (L'annexe, Havana Café), ice cream stores (Coco Bello), boutiques (clothes, shoes, souvenirs) and nautical activities.

To reach the center of the island you can take the shuttle bus from the Pointe du bout to Fort-de-France.
TRAVEL TIME: 25 minutes.

At the airport exit, take the direction SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight on. After about 12 kilometres, take the TROIS-ILETS exit.

Continue straight on for 5.3 kilometres (watch out for the fixed radar). At the first roundabout, go straight on. At the second roundabout, take the first exit towards LE BOURG / GOLF. Drive through the village of Les Trois Îlets to the next roundabout. At the roundabout, continue straight on. You will drive along the golf course which is on your right.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards POINTE DU BOUT. After 1.5 kilometres, before the next roundabout, you turn right and there is a sign indicating "Base Nautique". Follow this sign until you come to an intersection where you will find a basketball court in front of you.
Turn right and continue straight ahead until you reach the entrance to the residence "Les Wallon 2".
At this point, turn right and the villa is at number 13 (indicated on the letterbox).
