The check in was relatively easy, except the mobile key didn’t work but was able to get a real key. The apartment is clean with nice view. The location is close to Downtown and all activities pickup is within 5-10 minutes walk. The staff is very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was full of dust. I’m allergic and had a pretty bad time. It seemed that the curtains, carpet, mattress and sofa were not regularly cleaned. There was a thick layer of dust in the shelf behind the bed, but you could breathe the dust in the air anyways. Additionally, the staff was not particularly welcoming when we came to ask for instructions to use the storage room as we checked in a bit earlier. You get the feeling that “you’re on your own”.

The room was nice, bathroom is spacious. The location is perfect, I was very happy with that. Also check in and check out is super easy. Kitchen is nice, but we would have liked a kitchen towel and we found the whole set up a bit not practical. What we missed the most however was a broom or a vacuum because we have spent some days there and there was no cleaning daily but we couldn’t do it ourselves either. A broom would have been really nice.

Très bien situé et insonorisé, malgré que nous étions juste au-dessus du quai de réception des marchandises (#222). Chambre spacieuse, coin cuisine/salon un peu restreint. Nous avons eu un problème de fuite d’eau et de grille pain qui ont été pris en charge immédiatement par le personnel de l’établissement !

Apartment was nice, clean and tidy. Useful that you can connect your phone to the TV. Key on the phone took some getting used to. It's not clear on how you get in the building if you arrive when the 1st floor is closed off.

Good location in Tromso. Could not check in because the VANDER app would not recognize our phone number, which is the only way to gain access to the app. Fortunately someone was on-site in the middle of the day to get us our room keys. Main entry turnstile stopped intermittently making entry to the hotel more tedious.
