William

Host failed to contact me with entry instructions within the required time limit; therefore, I needed to secure other accommodations. VRBO insisted that I wait on the line in an attempt to get me to make another booking with them which I had no interest in doing. I was immediately charged on Dec 29; they have not yet issued a refund.
