Sesonkiaikana kohtuuhintainen vaihtoehto. Sijainti on rauhallinen, noin 500 metrin matka kummallekin alueen hiekkarannalle. Noin 200 metriä läheiselle sekatavarakaupalle ja hyvään pizzeriaan. Suurempi elintarvikekauppa lyhyen bussimatkan päässä Trou aux Bichesin "keskustassa", jossa on myös useita ravintoloita ja muutamia liikkeitä. Majoitusliikkeen yleisilme on hieman kulunut, mutta palvelu oli hyvää, piha vartioitu ja tarvittaessa olisi järjestynyt lentokenttäkuljetuksen lisäksi mm. vuokra-auto. Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvittavat keittiövälineet ja laitteet sekä mm. pyykinpesukone.
