This charming second-floor apartment is filled with natural light and features stylish sliding barn doors leading to the king-sized bedroom. Step outside to enjoy the cedar infrared sauna for two , or enjoy the outdoor grilling, relaxing on the patio. Need more space? Ask about booking the two additional units in the building for larger groups. We have cameras on the first floor hallway and exterior to the backyard. There is no cameras inside of the listing units

Step into this beautifully restored second-floor historic apartment, where classic charm meets modern comfort.
-Two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a plush queen bed for a restful night’s sleep
-A cozy room off the main bedroom with a full size bed (note: no door for this room)
-The living room boasts a comfy sofa that converts into a full-size bed, perfect for extra guests
Relax and unwind outdoors patio seating, and twinkling lights — ideal for alfresco dining or evening relaxation.
Start your morning with a cup of coffee before exploring all that downtown Troy has to offer — just minutes away, ready for you to discover.
This outdoor space is shared with two other units in the building. Sauna, grill, can be used by all three units, however the deck is mainly for the first floor guests.
Free street parking is available. There is one off street parking spot allotted for this unit, in the back of the building.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
4. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
5. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
