Très belle emplacement, l'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel. Le seul point faible ce sont les personnes qui parlent très fort a l'extérieur jusqu’à très tard mais on s'y habitue vite.

Déplacement pro à troyes

Logement propre et super bien placé au bas du bouchon de Troyes. Super point de départ pour visiter le centre à pied.

Haus sieht schlimm aus

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Gebäude selber ist jedoch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Haustür aufgebrochen und nicht abschließbar. Treppe sehr schmal und steil. Für Begleitung durch großen Hund ungeeignet. Hausflur gammelig und dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Badfenster nicht mehr im Rahmen.befestigt.
