We loved the property and the location. We were celebrating my son’s 30th Birthday. We had such a great time. The skiing and snowboarding was amazing. We had everything we needed to enjoy and celebrate in comfort.

Old apartment with room for improvement

The apartment unfortunately had a number of issues which we did not expect during our stay. One of the bedrooms had very little heat and was constantly cold. The fireplace was non-functional and the in-wall heater only got the room to mid 50’s in temperature. The toilet also leaked and shower door was broken. The living room furniture was very worn but otherwise comfortable. I hope that if the homeowner addresses these issues, this would be a lovely place to stay. The proximity to Northstar is amazing and beds are comfortable.

Great location to the mountain

This is a lovely condo with easy access to the mountain. The free shuttle was great and easy to use after figuring out the app. Beautiful views of the snowy forest and creek from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you will need if you want to cook. My son loved the rec room. We wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the condo more.

A welcomed surprise

Fantastic location for entrance to Northstar. The place was surprisingly large and very well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice. The heating controls are a little confusing and it takes a little time to warm up. Overall though, a great place to stay.

Nice place!

Nice location. Good communication with owner. Nicely stocked kitchen. The heating was off when we arrived and it was 45F. It took a day for the room temperature to come up to 70F. The place is heated by fireplaces in the master and main living area and a space heater in the guest room. The owner did give us an inconvenience refund amount. The space heater was loud so hopefully the guest room fireplace can be fixed so that it will be easier to sleep. Sleds were a bonus!

Teri was excellent. The condo worked great for our family. The pictures provide an accurate portrayal of the unit. Perfect spot to take advantage of Northstar from. The condo is nicely upgraded and clean. We would stay here again.

Northstar Aspen Grove condo

This is a very nice condo--it's at the high end of the two bedroom condos we've visited at Northstar. We recently stayed here for two nights for a ski weekend. It was very comfortable, clean, perfectly maintained, and up-to-date, with beautifully decorated interior, a chef's kitchen, and combined dining-great room with very nice TV, sound, and cozy fireplace. This unit is very close to the Village--about three minutes by shuttle. Special touches were the gas fireplace in the master bedroom (a toasty downstairs room!) and the whirlpool tub (soothing after a long day of skiing). WiFi bandwidth was about 15/3 Mbps down/up. Teri was great to work with--she was quick to reply and provided thorough instructions.

Amazing Property

We had the best time at Northstar and Teri’s condo made it feel like home, but better. It has a view facing the woods, which made for super peaceful mornings looking out at the winter wonderland sipping coffee. We could walk to the village easily, but there is also a free shuttle if you have a lot of gear with you that has a pick up in very close proximity to the condo. It had a gourmet kitchen with a spice drawer and basics for cooking amazing meals. We went to Safeway 15 minutes away near Lake Tahoe and loaded up at the beginning of the week. The TV with surround sound was the perfect place to watch football and basketball and the accommodations were luxurious and comfortable. We all slept like babies. We never ran out of hot water with 5 people taking long showers and baths and the washer dryer was very convenient as well. We could not have been more pleased and hope to return soon. We are headed back to Sweet Home Alabama with wonderful memories of Northstar that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Teri, and Merry Christmas 🎄

Northstar Aspen Grove Condo

This is a beautifully furnished condo equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit to the north shore of Lake Tahoe. The Rec Center is perfect for families with a large pool, playground and picnic area. A great place to enjoy the summer as well as skiing in the winter.

Outstanding!

Teri was amazing! She answered all my questions promptly. The condo was soo well organized and simply beautiful. We had plenty of room for our group of 4. Parking was a little confusing at first... but we figured it out. Gorgeous short 5 min walk into the northstar village. We will definately be back!
