Staff was really nice...above and beyond. Area around the property was very nice. Beautiful beach right there. Rooms...the whole place...was really nice. Good value for the money. Next time I go to Hong Kong I am staying there.

I stayed at this hotel some 15 years ago. While it is still clean and quiet, it has become more streamlined. For example, the suite we stayed in is a family room but there is no cooking equipment (not even a microwave oven), only a mini fridge. There were no table and chair. The hotel restaurant only offers breakfast and snack service. That being said, the shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan runs every 15 minutes so we were able to have our meals off-site without hassle and of course with lots more variety.

Good hotel

Hotel was clean and room was a good size. Staff are very helpful. The air con didn't work on the 2nd day but it was late in the evening and I was checking out in the morning. So I did not bother to raise the issue.

The hotel room is spacious and the staff are so friendly. Just the hotel location is quite far from the city centre. The free shuttle bus is ok but it's always full during weekend. My father is a bit strong but the transfer bus is not as quite tidy for him.

It was an average hotel. There is not anything around it so if you’re hungry, you will have to take a taxi or shuttle bus to get something to eat. The restaurant in the hotel closes early. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.
