Welcome to Saddle Notch Mountain Villa 5! This stunning townhome is designed with families in mind. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor gathering space, there is ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy all that Bear Lake Reserve has to offer. This home is not pet friendly. Upstairs on the main floor you will find the open kitchen and living room that lead to a large screened back porch with fantastic mountain nature views. The living room has a 65-inch TV and gas fireplace, and the porch features a full outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for morning coffee or afternoon happy hours! The laundry room is located off the kitchen and includes a washer, dryer and an additional standalone ice maker. The main level primary suite has a king size bed, private dual-vanity bath and an added workspace with desk, monitor and keyboard. Downstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a game room. The downstairs king room has a private bath and direct access to the lower back porch with a custom-built oversized bed swing. That porch is also accessible from the queen room which shares the hallway bathroom with the bunk room. These queen-over-queen bunk beds are suitable for young cubs and sturdy enough for adults. The downstairs game room offers a dual basketball shooting game, foosball table and a 55-inch TV to keep everyone entertained! For additional sleeping options, 2 CordaRoy's bean bag chairs that convert to full size beds are available. This home also has access to the shared Saddle Notch cul-de-sac fire pit. The itinerary for a Bear Lake Reserve vacation is endless and Villa 5 is a short walk away from all the action at the Lake Club and a quick drive to golf, tennis and pickleball.
