The room is clean and up to date. The only glitch was my hotel paperwork showed only 2 adults instead of including our 11 year old daughter as i listed on orbitz. Otherwise, its been good.

3 rooms had mold. My son had an allergic reaction and an asthma attack on the first night due to the mold. My brother and I also We also learned that key fobs issued opened other rooms not issued to us. We ended up going to a different hotel for health and safety reasons.

Air conditioner was noisy. The entry door has gaps around the base of the door, which allows insects in the room and is not energy efficient. The TV programs need an option to change the language from Spanish to English. all of the lights in the room were very dim, including the bathroom.

I stayed here 7 nights. In that time housekeeping came to the room once to empty trash and exchange the towels for clean, and that was on the afternoon of the 3rd day.. I brought it to the attention of the front desk but when housekeeping never came. The pool filter was broken closing the pool. The toilet seat was loose. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
