The home is beautifully appointed: comfortable furniture, completely furnished kitchen, high quality linens, and everything a guest could need. Ray and Melany communicated promptly. The patio and backyard garden are gorgeous. We also met lovely neighbors.

Comfortable Neighborhood

Very well equipped home supplied with quality products. I found everything I needed to cook in the kitchen and outdoors on the grill. It is located in a very nice and friendly neighborhood and in a beautiful surrounding area. The back yard is comfortable and private. I would love to stay here again. The manager is near by and very helpful when needed. Thank you Ray.

Happy Time

The property is exactly as pictured, clean, attractive and without doubt the best supplied kitchen of any property I have rented in the last 15 years. I had to buy no supplies for cooking or cleaning. The back yard is a treasure, beautifully landscaped and with the addition of a hummingbird feeder and a seed cake, it is a magnet for birds. An ornithologist who was visiting for a couple of days counted 20 different species.We also had 2 visits from the neighborhood raccoon and 3 from the local bobcat. He hopped over the wall and sat and stared at us one late afternoon, then ambled off again, hopped the wall, and was gone. It doesn't get any better than that.This is a really nice place to stay and since the property manager lives next door, any problem can be easily fixed.
