Hotel itself was lovely, though the customer service was poor. Staff did not attend to my needs at check in, though I had prepaid for the reservation prior to check in. Will not be consideration for my next stay in Tucson.

We stayed for 7 days and they will not clean the room as they considered it short term stay. Everytime you want clean linens, you have to take the dirty linens to the front desk even though the cleaning lady is in front of our room. There is no hair dryer in the room. Staff are not friendly. They do not provide pots & pans nor utensils even there is a kitchen. You have to buy it for roughly $50. I am a tourist-what would I do with the pots & pans and utensils when I checked out-that is such a scam!!!

Online there were all kinds of comments about smoke free. No smoking Signs all over the entrance. But the main entrance smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. The elevator had a strong cigarette odor. I felt it was getting on my clothes.

Uncomfortable, cheap room

I don’t know how this hotel has so many great reviews. It is the most basic cheaply done hotel room. The pillows are absolute garbage, there isn’t even any curtains to block out the sun just some blinds that the light poors in through, it’s in an extremely noisy area. It was such an uncomfortable stay. Would t stay there ever again.
