Dirty room

The room was dirty. The sheets were visibly stained and had sticky stuff on them. The mattresses cover was beyond gross. The bathroom was dirty with pubic hairs and urine on the toilet. Hair and dirt on the vanity counter top. I notified the front desk agent immediately. I was asked to strip the bed and bring the sheets down to the front desk and get a new set. Sorry, but I am not touching those gross sheets. I asked for and got a different room. This one was cleaner than the first one, but still had issues. There was something in the room that made it hard for me to breathe. At least the room had a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, sink, and refrigerator, which were all nice and clean.

Staff there was friendly, respectful, and professional. The room is hotel is not considered luxury but was clean and perfect, all we needed. I loved how they have a full size fridge, and 2 stove top burners for extended stays if needed. The place felt secure as the only entrances are in proximity to the main desk. The only con was that we got a room booked for the 1st level and we kept hearing the vehicles coming and going and would get the headlights glaring in. Id definitely stay here again, as long as i can get a room on 2nd or 3rd level.

ALAN, CHRISTOVAL

It was... okay. Stayed one night, enroute to Texas. Arrived about 9pm, and checked-out about 8am. Very basic hotel. The room was clean, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable. I have stayed here before, and was basically the same. My only complaint this time was that the refrigerator was VERY noisy... I eventually just turned it off for the night (turned it back on the following morning). There is no in-room coffee, and the lobby coffee was complete crap (more like brown, hot mud). But fortunately, there's a Starbucks very close by (1 minute drive), so tbe morning departure was not bad. Overall: not terrible.
